Speed Isn’t a Style. It’s a Science. Learn from the People Who’ve Mastered It.
Most power skating is based on tradition. Ours is built on biomechanics, sport science, and Olympic-level performance.
We're not teaching hockey players how to look fast. We're teaching them how to be fast—with proven strategies tested at the highest level of sport.

We train athletes to generate maximum power from their first stride using proper mechanics, body positioning, and force application. Our drills focus on rapid starts and quick directional changes that translate directly to game speed.

We teach skaters how to maintain control and stability through proper weight distribution, knee bend, and edge pressure. This gives them confidence in every stride, whether they're at top speed or navigating tight spaces.

Our agility work is tailored to hockey—sharp cuts, seamless transitions, and deceptive movement with and without the puck. Athletes learn to change direction with control and intent, not just speed.

Skaters develop movement patterns that match the demands of their position, whether it's fast transitions for defensemen or quick stops and starts for forwards. We build habits that improve situational effectiveness on the ice.

We break down the mechanics of high-end speed to help skaters extend stride length, improve glide efficiency, and eliminate wasted motion. The result is faster skating that holds up deep into shifts. Optimized efficiency will not only show throughout the game but late into 3rd period and overtime performance.

We come directly to your team’s scheduled practice and lead a full skating development session tailored to your age group, skill level, and team goals. These sessions are built around explosive speed, balance, edge control, and game-relevant movement patterns—with seamless integration into your existing practice plan.

These sessions are designed for players who want highly specific, targeted work. We collaborate with athletes, parents, and coaches to develop custom skating drills and movement progressions based on the player’s unique strengths, weaknesses, and position-specific needs. Ideal for maximizing individual development.

Our power skating clinics are open sessions that hockey players can register for on a first-come, first-served basis. These on-ice sessions focus on foundational and advanced skating techniques used at the Olympic level to help players gain speed, control, and confidence in every stride.
